Last sunday at a house in Bristol there was a musical gathering to launch a pond in Mal’s back garden. Neil made the pond and he also played in the band (Milon) that afternoon. Mal made tea and lovely cakes and about 10 people sat dotted around her small garden in the sun enjoying the mini festival event.

The sun is really low in the sky at the moment and yesterday morning this long shadow coming off a garden chair in the back yard caught my eye.
The Kat Coles Quartet played last night at The Prom bar in Bristol. Kat’s sublime vocals accompanied by 3 of Bristol’s finest musicians. The venue was a bit chilly so they kept their coats on.
