We cycled to Dyrham Park mansion today from Bristol. Dyrham Park is National Trust owned and this weekend there was free entry to it and many other National Trust properties, so we went along for a look around the house and grounds. Fantastic.

A selection of things I’ve been baking at work and at home over the past couple of weeks. I really really love baking; it’s great that I get to do it at work and I also find it very therapeutic to bake at home, and eat the results.
I made fritatta today in the café where I work, and have been photographing other things over the last few weeks to put on my blipfoto page every day. Most of my photos seem to be of food at the moment which isn’t surprising I guess as my job is cooking. I’ve got a renewed passion for it, and I’m really happy about that.
Some hdr shots taken down by the Create Centre in Bristol yesterday afternoon along the side of the New Cut; the river which was dug out by hand in 1809 to create the floating harbour in the centre of Bristol.
